Snuggles, Wiggles & Baby Giggles – A Soft Rainbow Baby Card | Kat scrappiness

Published on 9 April 2026 at 22:36

Hi lovely crafty friends,

Today I’m sharing a sweet and playful baby card, filled with soft colors, a dreamy rainbow and the cutest little scene.

For this card I created a soft background using the Scene Builder stencil. I blended gentle yellow clouds and a light green/yellow grassy area to keep everything calm and baby-soft.

The rainbow is the real focal point here. I used the Confetti Party Rainbow Dies and ink blended all the layers in soft pastel shades. In between the layers I added pieces of holographic cardstock, which gives the card a subtle sparkle when the light hits it.

For the scene I stamped images from the Hundred Acre Quokka set. I heat embossed them with clear embossing powder and colored everything with alcohol markers. The little quokka dressed as a piglet is just too adorable, and I added a sweet bear and a few butterflies to bring the whole scene together.

I adhered some elements with foam tape to create dimension and finished the card with pastel flower sequins in the grass for a soft and playful sparkle.

The sentiment “Snuggles, Wiggles and Baby Giggles” completes this card perfectly and makes it such a joyful design.

This card really makes me smile… soft, happy and just a little bit playful.

FINAL THOUGHTS

This card was such a joy to make. I love how the soft colors, the rainbow and the sweet little images come together in a playful and gentle way.

Sometimes it’s nice to keep things light and soft, but still add a little sparkle and dimension to make a card feel extra special.

And honestly… that little quokka just steals the show every time.
